The wisdom of the Catholic Church’s Examen is to add life to our walk with Christ by paying attention a little more closely every day to the movements of the Lord in our lives — and our responses. Walk with me as we put this wisdom of the Church into practice, and start to live a little more intentionally, recognizing the hand of God in your daily life.
